Payback not linked with Future y

I am not able to link my payback account with Future pay. Every time I try to link message thrown that it's already linked but my points are not reflecting in future pay wallet as it's reflect as Zero always. I am also following up with Future pay customer support as well as dropped mails several times to resolve my issue but every time they are giving me same excuses that it will be resolved shortly. It's almost half month gone I am doing so but till date no resolution. Hence my heartiest request kindly take it up with concern team and fix my issue at earliest.
