After seeing ad on TV I ordered Sweat Slim Belt and received it through Vinayak Enterprises, Delhi on payment of Rs.1900/- The belt got teared at various places on it's first use and worst is that the product give no result as claimed in the ad. The complaint lodged on Customer Care No.0922000111 has also not attended by anybody and a letter sent on company's Jaipur address has returned undelivered. Company seems to be fraud, what can I do in this case? Plz advice.

    This is a fraud product. TV channels must not telecast such fraud products. Actors shld not take part in such fraud product ads. There is no after sales service. There is no complaint answering service too. They are looting innocent people. Z-action, teleshopping, etc. channels beware.

    i purchased this belt by seeing advertise on TV AND ORDERED ON LINE OF SWAET AND SLIM BELT OF RS 1890 IT I RECD FROM SHREE LAXMI ENTERPRISE JAIPUR BILL NO 11 DATED 11/9/2016 AND RECD AFTER 3-4 DAYS
    WHEN I FIRST USED IT IT WAS TEARED AT MANY PLACES
    I TRY TO CONTRACT BY ABOVE SELLER ON MOBILE NO 8302046807 AND EMAIL ADDRESS shreelaxmienterprises16@gmail.com but neither mobile no and nor mail address as right both are not responce me on mobile or email
    i also contracct to jain enterprise custmoer care no 9220001111 the representive only reply the will call after one week they frequently reply when i call after 2-3 day break
    please stop this type of practice
    if no responce given i also going consumer court

    Seeing advertiese on TV .I ordered asweat slim belt and afer few menut,I reseved a call and give him my adres .Next day evening i reseved my belt with purches of1900 rupes from Laxmi enterprises,jaipur-301020 bill no2728.when i open my packet ,i found some folt on many side of my belt.so I contact to the laxmi enterprises and costomer care on 9220001111.Thy replay me that,they call me from their complain office with in 10-15 days but they did not have any call.so what can i do??

    Horrible n pathetic customer care. They have No sense to deal with customers. Have purchased and immediate next day I have asked for a refund as the product not working. From then when ever I call them my call is received but without answering they disconnet it.
