After seeing ad on TV I ordered Sweat Slim Belt and received it through Vinayak Enterprises, Delhi on payment of Rs.1900/- The belt got teared at various places on it's first use and worst is that the product give no result as claimed in the ad. The complaint lodged on Customer Care No.0922000111 has also not attended by anybody and a letter sent on company's Jaipur address has returned undelivered. Company seems to be fraud, what can I do in this case? Plz advice.

    The sweat slim belt is just the simple cloth it does not generate any sweat . I wore it many times for full day but there was no sweat . This type of fraudulent services were not excepted .

    As given in the TV show, I trusted and I ordered it through Nepal agent +9779848698015 as shown in TV show I contacted to him and conformed the order and after one week on July 9th I received it in kathmandu, Nakhipot,I paid 3500/-NC for that seal was open when it was given me , then I started to use it but no result at all no hot no sweat, what is this, that belt also getting larger after few hour used, this is not a original so what can I do where can I complain, I want to get back my money or original one.
