Shopkeeper sell the second hand product on his shop in newly price

I bought jio phone from near by shop on last Saturday and he said there is no warranty for that and I said ok and he denied to give receipt and next day phone got dead. But there is no warranty. So I gave to my friend, he have mobile repairing shop and he said there is second hand mother board, I was shocked so, shopkeeper selling fake phones to customer
