    I had ordered the set on 24 Jan 2018

    I had received the product on 29 Jan, most of the products were damaged and old and it didn't have any manufacturing as well as expiry date.

    I am trying to raise a complaint since 29 Jan but not even a single customer care executive was able to help me.

    I had called so many times but get the same reply that they are not able to detect my product.

    I am very much fed up with this.

    I ordered a cushion cover set from the registered mobile no.(9386869239) but the covers were slightly small to my cushions so I returned it. No doubt the return was smooth and we requested a money back to account for that a/c details were filled and I did as suggested by the customer care but even after quality check the customer advices me to wait only 4 to 5 days for the refund. But the refund not reflected so I called them after 6 days they said again to wait 4-5 days and again it not reflected to my bank account it is now around 20 to 25 days since my quality check passed but I didn't get the refund still. I tried to talk with the seniors but I am on hold for hours hearing all lines are busy. tried to mail the escalation@shopcj.com but didn't get the reply. hope you convey the msg asap for my querry.

    We would like to inform you that I have already Wait for last 13 working days from 14.03.2018 to till date till time. You forwarded in every e-mail to me that the concerned department and they are currently working on the same. We request you to kindly wait for 4-5 working days for final resolution.
    You know that I have already wait for last 13 days 312 hours. I ask you how many more long days YOU WANT FOR MY MOBLIE INSTRUMENT CHANGE TELL ME PLEASE.20days , 40 days 60days how many days I WILL wait
    Because your concern department not any working from 14.03.2018 to till days till time,
    In every mail you say or telephonic to me that the concerned department and they are currently working on the same. We request you to kindly wait for 4-5 working days for final resolution.

    Not refunding my money from past 5 months by Lavanya:

    I had placed an order for a pink saree worth 2000.rs on shopcj. Since it was damaged, I returned it. It was collected by shopcj in dec. Until now no refund is provided.they took my bank details too. I'm fed up of calling them. They just say that refund will be done in 7 days. Every time they give one or the other excuse.please help me get my money back.
