    This is with regards to Order No :20170610032664 , date 10th June 2017.

    As per the advertisement on SHOPCJ TV I had ordered the BIOTIQUE Beauty Kit which consists of the below listed items including the Free Gifts:

    1.Biotique Party Glow Facial Kit
    2.Biotique Pearl White Facial Kit
    3.Biotique Gold Radiance Facial Kit
    4.Biotique Diamond Facial Kit
    5.Biotique Botanicals Bio Kajal
    6.Biotique Botanicals Bio Saffron Dew youthful Nourishing Day Cream
    7.Bio Morning Nectar Flawless Skin Soap
    8.Bio Almond Oil Nourishing Body Soap
    9.Bio Morning Nectar Lotion/Moisturizer
    10.Bio Walnut Scrub


    However I have not received the below items:

    1.Bio Morning Nectar Lotion/Moisturizer
    2.Bio Walnut Scrub

    Hence, I would like to have the kit as shown in the TV advertisement.

    Or SHOPCJ is clearly cheating people and showing the wrong AD on TV even though they do not have they stock.
    Or the order was not taken correctly.

    I ordered a pack of 5 kurtis then i washed them as we wear all the clothes after washing them and after washing them they shrinked .i would like to request the people of shocj to kindly return my money or find a suitable solution to resolve my problem....

    Hie, I have purchased a Top's from shop cj of Size large. But when I got it, it was all 4 tops are in different sizes & all these are also in different fabrics. Worst tops which I will never ever wear in my life. Anyways I decided to return get refund. They agreed also and said we will refund. But from last 25 days they are saying we will give you call 48 hour's but they were no where. Now today after complaining many times today I got a call that they r saying there is some technical issues we can't refund. Have so points against them . What the hell is this. Why would they have opened such sites when they do not fulfill their commitments. I want my Money back only.
