My father called on 1.08.2023 at 0129-2411664 to lodge a complaint that the sewer is overflowing and the water is coming out in the house. He was informed that the complaint will be resolved and was given a complaint id 1314. Till today the complaint is pending. Can someone from MCF tell me that are you guys waiting for somebody to get ill. These days dengue is spreading. Kindly let me know how many days will you take to solve the complaint.
