Me and my husband traveling from gurugram to khatushyamji on 19/05/23 by a bus no RJ32PA3008 at 12:30 am .firsty the bus reaches us late upto 2 hrs ,the bus time is 12:30 at rajive chock gurugram but the bus reached at 1:45 am . second we booked sleeper seat but they people provide us seater seat ,we request them a lot but they started arguing with us ...
Apart from this ac of bus is not working properly and they are taking from wrong route not from highway and transporting luggage through different different stations...
Please give strict action against them... Because we are very frusted and tired..
