Service issue port out my number from airtel to idea

I had port out my number from airtel to idea after successfully porting my number's outgoing barred by airtel after few days when i asked to my service provider they told me nuber is barred by airtel then i call Airtel customer care number and asked the issue they told me their is a outstanding amount on my number i asked them for bill they said we cant provide the bill as you are no more our customer.

i asked them that why did you barred my number's services without any call/SMS/email, how would i know that my bill is pending while you did not provide me bill the last call i got from them i told them that i will pay the bill on Saturday as i cant visit the store in working days i tried to pay online but not get succeed i have also sent them screen shot yet they had deactivate my number.

i had paid the bill but my number is not activated till the time and they are not replying my email they are not calling me back.
