sir, maine free recharge se mobile number 7417485649 par 10/02/2016 ko recharge kiya tha. mera transactions failed ho gaya aur mere Debit card number 526495772002015 se rs 135 ka balance kat liya gaya jo ki abhi tak return ni aaya h. jab bank me baat ki tab bank walo ne free recharge walo se baat karne k liye kaha. please consider my complaint.
