I HAVE GIVEN A CHEQUE AN AMOUNT OF RS.10,000/- IN FAVOR OF SAMARA INDIA PVT. LTD. AS REQUESTED BY HER AND AFTER GETTING CHEQUE SHE TOLD ME(TELEPHONICALLY) THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO PROVIDE CAR BEFORE ON 5TH FEBRUARY, 2018 AND REQUESTED ME TO STOP CHEQUE PAYMENT.
NOW SHE IS SAYING THAT CANCELLATION CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED.
WHEN THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING ME CAR IN TIME AFTER GETTING CHEEQUE, WHY CANCELLATION CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED AND I THINK THEY WILL PROVIDE ME PENALTY AND INTEREST OF MY AMOUNT AND NOW HARASS TO ME
