Complaint about olx cheating also vast and pathetic service

I want to sell my bike through olxI had register and submitted my bike add choose paid service. As per olx police they will help me to sell my bike while paying amount. I paid amount on 11 Jan 18 but till now I haven't received any call or SMS from olx team or customer
