Dear Sir / Ma'am,


On Saturday two recovery person are come at my home, Saying me to pay due amount of (19000) you are not pay emi of April 2013 (emi-5911), forcefully and embarrassed me, Saying pay it now. when i object to not pay this Rs.19000 then he offering me to pay Rs.10500.

Concern

I paid All EMI on Time till end one of emi was bounce of April 2013, I paid Cash Rs.6000 of EMI of april 2013 on June 2013 After Two months.


1.Tata finance not send me any notice on my address for late fees on after closing April 2014 month. because they are waiting increasing my due. I have to pay only late fees of Two month not till date.Billing teem they are not send me notice or person to recover late fees on 2013.

2.Tata finance charging me Insurance in my EMI, I don't receive insurance hard copy on my address on 2012,2013,2014 therefor i take car insurance from out side insurance person, tata finance is responsible to send hard copy to me, they are charging insurance in EMI 5911 my money was wasted . Please send me the receipt of post-office or other. Refund my insurance money of 2012-2013-2014.

3.Tata finance are made my and my son (Manojeet Biswas) civil score poor for the this EMI of April 2013.My son facing for problem with this civil score. please remove his poor score from his card.
