    I have availed all property documents except location sketch and ownership ship for a home loan. I approached village office for location sketch and ownership, village office informed that you have subdivisions and ownership name is in the previous owner. Above mentioned those documents will be available only after the resurvey but resurvey date could not predicted at this time. I have purchased my land before 5 years and mutation is done. Iam regular land tax payer till 11/9/2018. As an applicant, what I will do for a housing loan?. Location sketch and ownership is mandatory for housing loan for all nationalised banks
