I have purchased sweat slim belt on Feb 3 2017. But they sent bigger size. I have lodge a complaint in just span of 30 mins..They said replacement will take 15 days first time. After that every time, they postponed to 5 days. Till now five times they post poned. I didn't received my product . Most of the times they don't pick the calls..if they pick also they don't give to escalation point ( manager) to talk.
