I have got a new Tikona prepaid connection 0n 22nd November and used it till 20th December. After that I was out of station and didnot use my Tikona connection between 20th dec to #rd January. Before that I have around 38 gb in my account. But today when I saw It has come downt to 800 mb internet.

I am very dissapointed with Tikona .... I want my 38 gb back in my account immediately or please refund my money, I dont want Tikona connection anymore.

    Someone from Tikona called me from 02239690000 and said they will check how much data has to be refunded and would do the same in 2 days. I waited fr the refund but have not got it yet.
