Repair not done for product under warranty

I purchased AVITA PURA NS14A6INU541-GPGYB 14-inch Laptop Order# 404-2345056-0259525 on 26th Oct and within one month it blacked out. When I approached local customer service, a person there said it is customer induced damage and cannot be covered under warranty. What logic, don't know? He asked to call customer service and they will send an engineer. I did the same. When the engineer came, he said it's not customer damage. I'll submit a report. After two days when enquired, customer service said it will be not covered as per report. When called an engineer, he said he never submitted any such report. I have a recording of a conversation with an engineer. Following with Avita for months now and there is no response. Moreover when you call these people they will frustrate you to such a level that you feel like throwing your phone. Those who don't believe me please go through the twitter handle link below. There are many struggling to get their laptops repaired for months.
