*Details of the Complaint (Please type the full details of the complaint) "I am chandrashekhar Shahane , Insurance and RC copy registered with my name . currently i am in sweden out of india.vehicle no - MH 12 PC 4517 Honda Brio 
Had Accident on 30th oct 2020 at dehu road mumbai pune old highway near indian oil  petrol pump ,by my relative mr tushar -The vehicle was damaged between 7:30 , and the vehicle was towing within 25 min please check the timing of the actual photos from his mobile . He paid 3000 Rs to the towing guy. also inform the via call to rajendra who is representative of honda service because the insurance done from dealer bafna honda , pimpri, with his permission vehicle was moved to the showroom please check the cctv footage for same. Please check the photos dates and timing which are attached with this email, tushar immediately inform me that an accident happened, and very next day , i have mailed to BAFNA auto regarding the insurance claim give to tushar.He Said There is no No one has been hurt, inside or outside,of the carHe was driving the car with my wife.No other vehicle is damaged or no one hurt. That's why with honda pimpris permission he have moved the vehicle from accident to honda showroom pimpri,I have called multiple times to Bajaj insurance , but no response not a single call message or email i have not received and they said insured interest in not done , as i am continuously follow up with tushar.Insurance company said it was delay by informing , my insurance is done from Delear , it should delers duty to inform.Again insurance said that vehicle is not sold ,  i am taking followup since 45 days now . mailed vehical is not sold due to coroana, no transactions happen , but no reply ? very pathetic service by Bajaj, unprofessional staff.They did very nice work from home, LOkesh Sakule, Arvind singh , and many more pathetic staff.Delay done by insurance not by me.See the attachment carefully.45 days of tatti service 3 mails sent by me, i want my claim.I am taking legal action and you are my last hope for help."
