Refund not made HappyEasyGo.com, I made a booking through Happy Easy Go under trip

I made a booking through Happy Easy Go under trip id# 584353252942949504 from Delhi to Kolkata and Kolkata to Delhi. My mother fell ill and Go Air refunded INR 8488 to Happy Easy Go because I made the booking through this website.I furnished my mother medical certificate to request Go Air to refund the amount, however, Happy Easy Go refunded only INR 2409 which is not acceptable. Initially, Happy Easy Go promised in writing that if Go Air will refund in full, they will also process the entire amount, however, despite sending several emails, phone calls, no progress being made.
