Just know how to loot customer
But never know to give customer service
I buy Kaff open dhc-60 chimney on 01/09/2018 from koncepts ,shop number 15,g.f,.the plaza Mall , m.g road , gurugram
Next day after installation the chimney doesn't work .we call thousands times
2 mechanic come first (Dharmendra 8860089507) saysit has problem in motor and second one said it's has problem in pcp something
They give service centre number also which never response 8178549802
I also what's app bill copy to 7291900359 as they said
No problem resolve till now
