I Purchased a battery operated car from Live store Delhi through Amazon.in worth Rs. 16200 and I got it was an defective item. I complained to Amazon regarding this and sent the massage through e-mail to return the product to seller and I will get product price and courier service charge (2200)as refund and I did same and sent the proof of delivery paper scanned copy to Amazon but now they are not providing me any information about my refund. I am feeling helpless I don't know How I can get my refund(16200+2200)
