Dear Sir

Ananda milk supplies milk by taking prepaid money and they now a days are charging 2% extra.

My basic question is are they legally suppose to charge such money.

Its like mother diary selling Rs 100 worth milk for 102.
Ananda milk limited takes advance money uses it in market and above that they want 2% extra also.
