Dear Sir,

I had booked the ticked from Bangalore to Neyveli on 9.10.0218 through Redbus A1 travels. My amount was debited but ticket was not booked. I had asked for the refund. I was told it is processed it will be refunded within 7 working days. But is 25th october I have not received the refund.
