Hello,

I have applied for passport on 18th March 2017. But my HDFC Bank Credit Card amount of 2033 has been deduct from and after I have Complain in your passport Customer Care no - 1800- 258- 1800. I have received Information that Your refund will process with in 7 Days. But still I have not receive my refund in my Credit Card Account.

Even I have sent Email in - customercare.00691@sbi.co.in , But no response from this ID.I have call in this no as well - 011- 4156 1114. this no is not contactable.

Please process my refund ASAP. I have to Apply for Pass port.

Application Reference Number(ARN) is: 17-0004230340
Amount is - 2033.
