Refund amount not credited after passing of one month also

purchased a sweater in club factory the product was delivered but the quality of the product was very poor. So I returned the product and my money is not credited yet in my bank account. In this regards I contacted several time to the customer care and also mail. But due to their non seriousness till date I could not receive my refund amount.
Screen shots of the bank statement and refund details are attached here. Strict action against the officers of club factory is to be taken. They are cheating to customers.
