The conductor of the bus to Delhi via una has refused to pickup the passengers of Kiratpur Sahib and saying the passengers that the route is diverted and also at that time he is saying that the bus (CTU) standing besides his bus will go through that route.
I travelled through that bus on daily basis I knew that the bus will go through that route but just confirming with the conductor because due to hola Mohalla festival at anadpur sahib, is the route is diverted or not?
I think my complaint against that conductor will give some result.
The bus will depart from una at 8:00 AM.
