Purchased cooking Range from Sunflame and its not working

I bought sunflame cooking range last year in October 2019

I started using it from November 2019

From mid December 2019 it started giving problem in burners.

We called and complained person came and said burners need to b replaced

We have called and complained more than 20 times
But nothing happen
I also informed them that now problem have increased and it may cause fire because smell of gas leakage is there but nothing happen

Now situation is worst cooking range is not working 70% and making sounds

I need help from you
I am middle class person and 22000 Rs means lot to me

I need my money back

Please help me
