Purchase new AC of LG but got a refurbished product from Khosla

Hallo,
I bought a new AC of LG (6 in 1 convertible) from Khosla electronics (Shyamnagar, North 24 Paraganas) by paying 35000/- but when they deliver the product at residence its seal were broken, packaging was damaged and open. Although I asked them about the issue of bad packaging but they told me it was due to transportation the packaging got damaged.
When the installation starts by the technicians allotted by the LG centre and they open the package it was a used product with dirt all over the product.
The issue was raised and they change the indoor but again the package of the indoor was like a refurbished type. No blue taping on any side.
