On 27.02.2023 two nos of technicians of LG Service centre,Purulia came to my house to install one aqua guard. Previously I requested to one office staff at LG service center over phone to check the availability of Cooling Gas in my dismantled A/C over phone . Well , after fixing and installation of Aqua Guard properly, they checked the Gas pressure of compressor unit and declared that Gas had been leaked out and I have to refill it at my own cost . At the same time they told me about AMC plan of LG service center which will include Cooling Gas refilling in AC and repairing of Any other defects at the cost of Rs 3973 . After verification I determined to go for AMC plan . But on 04.03.23 two nos of another technicians came in install my AC and declared that there is no leakage in AC and Full gas is present in compressor.
Then What is the meaning for my choice of going at AMC plan on based of wrong information delivered by two nos of your company. This type of misguide is not expected from a reputed company . Pls take necessary action against r
