not supply the water in our locality

Madam/Sir,

I am living at sanjay collony, sec -23, 33- feet road, Gali no 54/6. Here, we are not getting water supply for a long time. Although previously, we got some water by water tanker sent by the government, but right now, they are also not providing water at all. all private water suppliers are looting us. The water supply pipelines are connected but there is no water supply through it for about 3 years. please help us regarding this problem. we would be very grateful if this problem resolved.
