Dear sir,
Vishal mega Mart Ambala Cantt staff is scanning wrong products during billing period. Yesterday I bought 5 kg tide MRP 465/- but they billed for 725/- due to many items I have not check at the time of billing. But today when I went at mall again no one is ready to resolve the issue. Is this your customer service. I am really disappointed with your service. The product was under the scheme of discount 115/- while purchase 460 onwards. They have not given the discount with billing of 725. This is really very bad situation for any customer.
