Not responding when connection occurred in line

Our electricity cut from yesterday 14.04.2021 7:00PM still a date 15.04.2021 not any employees come to resolve the issue after complaint about it. I am trying to called one of the employee of mseb, he told I can send one electrician on immediately but till a date electrician is not reached. I called to mseb Shrirampur branch customer care number but it also found number is invalid. We have passed whole night in dark. So I request you please resolve this issue and give him a punishment.
