Dear sir,TOI ,Nagpur,circulating half cut vertical news page,which is highly irritating and most inconvenient,while reading,holding,and turning the next page.please withdraw or stop such circulation.May it be your promotional or commercial strategy,but whenever such paper is circulated ,it makes morning unpleasant.I am sure ,you will take notice of it for the customers point of view.Please stop such circulation in future.
