Not honouring the 5 year warranty-Product damaged even before 1 year

I had purchased Wonderchef Granite
Cookware set ,3-Pieces+(free dosa tawa 26cm) via Amazon in October 2015.
However the product has lost its coating even before 1 year.
I wanted to avail the warranty offer and get this issue sorted out.
However, they denied citing usage issue. I pointed out that
the peeling is visible in place where there is no marks in the back of the vessel as alleged.

My grievance is this:-
How can you give a 5 year warranty when the product is losing its peeling even before 1 year.
You can find "n" number of complaints against wonderchef online.Because of this,before I made a purchase I had called their office for clarification.Since it sounded satisfactory, I had made this purchase.
But I am not satisfied. Making a customer look like a fool is not good customer service. . Hence ,I am asking for a refund.
