New Honor Che1-L04 not functioning at all

i BOUGHT THE above set thru FLIPKART Invoice No.blr-wlfd4281605015528 dt 27.5.15 online ordering with S/no.A6TDU15330004406.  Suddenly yesterday afternoon it got updated with the latest version and while installing, it got stuck up and even, if we switch it off and On, it is moving further beyond honor powered by Android ..


When I went to the Coimbatore Service centre as per the information available on the net, they declined saying they are no longer on contract with them(Vinayaka Communications) and directed to RS Puram - Phonecare on Kannusamy Road, But they did not open till 11 am and one of the staff members who was also waiting outside said, it would take a minimum of 30-35 days  He said programme has to be loaded afresh and needs to be sent to Chennai.    How long I can be without Phone and wheether can I get a new replacement immediately..
