Moto Gen 2 software corrupted

As soon as the mobile is switched on, error messages are shown on different system processes, stating the service is stopped. None of the system programs are accessible including Phone, Gallary, Browser, messaging, keyboard, etc. Not able to perform factory reset as well, since keyboard is not opening to enter the key.
