Mr Ranjit Kumar, behaves like a beast. He always keeps on shouting, abusing and use slang language with the passengers. His this behavior is detrimental to the corporation and damaging it's reputation. We common people prefer BSRTC buses but if such thing occurs we will have a bad experience. I hope the corporation will take punitive action to improve his behaviour.
