Respected Sir or madam
I had to travel from Bhagalpur to Kursela which comes in route of Purnia. Person sitting in ticket counter refuse to give ticket saying that they will only give tickets to Purnia passengers.We had waited for around 1hr , 2- 3 buses has gone still they were not ready to give tickets and finally we had to travel with Private bus. This is so harassing to public and making govt. bus facility as Private
