Misbehave of driver

Me and my mother was waiting for a bus at dwarka mor metro station around 1:30pm on 1 Nov 2020. A cluster bus has arrived at this time having route 848 and bus number
DL 1 b 5265. We approached for the bus . There were three more passengers who r waiting for the bus as we reached near the bus the three passengers took the bus and then my mother hold the handle of the bus ...and bus driver closed the door without giving any sign and her hand stuck between the door. If the holding capacity of the bus was over then he should tell this with a sign or call but without giving any sign he just close the door and my mother's hand was between door but without noticing this he closed the door and we were shouting for opening the door but he took so much time to open that door . In the mean time due to his negligence my mother's hand got injured very badly. Is this type of service delhi govt providing us. These type of stupid behaviour cannot be tolerated and pls take needful action on that driver . I will forward this complaint to every stage where I can. Just because of him my mother is facing so much pain. These type of people should be punished who takes his duty so casually . They should understand they are paid for giving service not pain.
