I am from Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. I want to submit complaint against the Ahuja ready garment shop, shop no 68, lower bazaar, Shimla. The owner of the shop is very rude. In fact they basically don't know how to deal with customers. I purchased a Jacket from Ahuja shop but when I came to home and see the Jacket, I see that the boton of the jacket was missing and then I visit to his shop for replacement it with new one. But he refuse to replace it and misbehave with me. He told his sales boy that “ Customers ko pahle hi bata do ki kapde ki koi guarantee nahi, sala grahak le yaa naa le murne do salo ko “. When I appose against his worst language, then he would shouted on me. So I request to you please take a strict action against that person and justice with me.
