Leakage in gas regulator of Consumer no.-90221 at Bokaro Stel City.

My gas regulator is not working properly and there is leakage in it. Samargeet gas agency's engineer has been also checked it and told that the regulator is now non-functional.
from last 03 weeks my regulator is not changed by Samargeet gas agency (Bokaro Steel City).
