non delivery of magazine despite advance payment

Sir,
I have online booked OUTLOOK magazine by making payment of Rs. 1499 towards one year subscription on 07.05.2015, through my debit card. Neither the magazine is delivered nor the promised gift, despite lapse of about two months.
Please look into and either ensure delivery of magazines or refund my money. Thanks
