Late refund payment and rudeness behaviour from staff member

My flight was cancel from UMROI MEGHALAYA on date 4th of May 2023 and due to my extra luggage I had to pay extra amount from the airport during my check in but the flight got canceled due to technical issues and the staff said that I’ll be getting the refund back but it’s been almost 1 week and 3 days and I haven’t got my refund yet so told I called the airline customer care on 13 may 2023 which they told me to call the airport and as I did I called them on 13 may 2023 a staff (a male ) talked in a rudely manner. Whoever is checking the complaint I hope you’ll look into this matter.
