Internet not working, in two weeks internet connection stopped working.

I took Metronet connection in the last week of November. But in two weeks internet connection stopped working. I called the guy who installed and also trying to reach out to customer care centre. Customer care numbers do not work and the guy who installed, ( Ratish) never answers the phone. Looks like this is fraud. they charged us 1796 rupees when installing the intenet
