Inconinivenience in DL making

I, Ravi Kumar booked slot for DL test on 17-Sep-2021. My time of test was between 10:00 am-1:00 pm. I had been reached at testing ground at 9:30am om 17-Sep-2021 and waiting till 1:00 pm. But no authorized person was there for document verification and test. I also went to DTO, Gaya many times, but they always told that- come after 1 week or some days. I, mentally and physically harassed by this kind of behavior. This is one kind of torture.
So, I request you that please help me and take proper action.
