I am RamPrakash Yadav I Stay In Andheri East MIDC Mumbai I Bought Vehicle From Manba Finance That Is AcTiva 5G Engine No 0175 And Chassis No 0090 Till March My EMI was
Clear But After Lockdown My Job Stuck Not Given Me Salary But You Manba Officers Harassed To Pay EMI Till June So I Paid In 13/10/ 2020 I Paid Loan But The much which I have taken is taken for May And June But From March Till August 31st it's Was LoCK Down but Now Your Agents is Harassed me taken Money for the month of May and June Now in They Have Taken My AcTiva Harassely I have proof how much they Harassed me And Today I Got Letter that I Have surrender the vehicle I want paid already but I want my AcTiva Back and I will be in your Office in 21st I want My AcTiva Don't Dare to Sale it I Have proof that how you Harassed Me and. I Have Call Recording + CCtV Footage How The Taken My AcTiva Without Me Informing I Will Be taking Legal Action Against You What You Have Done..Don't Take it in Fun It's India It's A New India..Please Handover My Vehicle. Attachment Is There Check When they has Taken the amount.
