I am regular customer of DMART. But now a days I am upset with your services

I am regular customer of DMART. But now a days I am upset with your services. We have buy water filter of eureka forbes from DMART. But it was faulty one and now Eureka forbes is demanding money from to us to get it repair. This is now acceptable. I did not accept this type of bad behaviour from eureka forbes. DMART people are also not supporting us in this issue.
