hanging mobile more then 3/4 times a day

sir i bought this mobile (core prime) 2 months ago.after 4 day my mobile sometime hanging and after 20 day its camare did not function however i repair fom service center but now this mobile hangs more than 3/4 times fora long period,its keypad didnot function well
