GSRTC Bus Conduter's Miss behavior with us

I have a complaint against conductors miss behave his bus is already lait 1 & 45minites and he also behave wrong with a passenger in a bus, when bus reached at iskon dress road I told them to wait a 1 minute my husband will come he is in washroom he doesn't wait he start a bus and then my husband pick bus by run....why he do this while there bus is already laited almost 2 hours.

I want to inform you that in a bushe also doing wrong with another passenger.

He is lait and he also blames to passenger why they behave like this?
Passenger also pay for their ticket and this conductor is so rude....we all time travel in a GSRTC but this is disgusting.
