Flipkart not deliver my product in last 23 days

I had order real me 9 pro 5g mobile on Flipkart on 28 August and I am pay full payment.but flipkart team not deliver my product last 23 day and I have already 15 time complaint raise on Flipkart customer care but not solve my problem
